Joined a gym this week, had a good deal going with lots of motivation to go, went to pilates class, enjoyed it, hillarious instructor helps. Going to go couple of times a week for classes.
Went out for a bike ride today, out of town in the fog, very eerie.

2 days ago Jase was laying on the floor with Sam standing up when Sam took a step towards Jase without support. He has since then taken the occasional step unassisted here and there which is very exciting to him, he has a big smile on the face everytime it happens.
